Speaker Bio

Sr. Fatema is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and has a background in Biochemistry and Life Sciences. She is currently running her own business, Soulful Nutrition, which is a health and wellness company along with her husband who is a registered Acupuncturist.

From a young age, Fatema found an interest in staying healthy with good nutrition and so she decided to pursue her passion as a career at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She was able to follow her dream as a holistic nutritionist after starting her family of 5. She believes that her passion in understanding food as medicine has been her strength in helping people achieve their health goals sustainably and practically.

Sr. Fatema's focus has always been in creating awareness in the community through her services, which provides a holistic understanding of why following a healthy lifestyle is important for mothers to support themselves and their family's health spiritually, physically, and mentally.

Along with being a practitioner, she is also a proud homeschooler of 3 beautiful children; Ziyad, Amani, and Aliyya. Aside from being a practitioner, she also enjoys inventing new recipes, and spending time in nature with her family and friends.
