Born and raised in Montreal and one of eleven children Tasneem Ghauri has always been active in her Community. She has studied with the Islamic Online University and with local scholars. She has conducted Islamic workshops at various schools across the GTA.
She is the former chair of the Amal Center for Women and former vice-chair of the Sisterhood Softball League.
For the last 3 years she has been running a sister's Halaqah in Milton on the topic of Aqeedah and weekly girls club.
She is a Quran-Tajweed teacher, plays basketball and softball, is an avid baker and mother of 2 very rambunctious homeschooled girls.
